About our Meats and Dry-Rubs
All our meats are smoked in house and served plain without sauce because we believe our barbecue stands on its own. Our meats are dry-rubbed and slow-smoked over hickory. The dry rubs we use are a cherry rub for the pulled pork; a peach/honey rub for the ribs; a pecan rub for the boneless/skinless chicken thighs; and a pepper/salt/demerara sugar rub for the Texas style brisket.
